After payment and before testing, we agree in writing on the static ad to beat, the metric, minimum spend and a 14-day test. If we cannot agree on a suitable benchmark, we refund your eligible first-order fee. If none of the creatives beats the control, we make a full replacement free. If that fails too, we refund your eligible first-order fee.
